What happens if you break my piece?

We require you to sign a liability waiver we accept any bong. This covers you in the rare case we do accidentally damage your piece, you'll receive up to $200 depending on the piece/size. We take photos before and after cleanings to insure we did not damage anything while cleaning. These are sent once we are done with their cleaning. 

How can I cancel my booking?

Please call / text (613)-400-4040 to cancel your booking, please know we need at least 3 hours’ notice before cancellation.
If after 3 hours we can offer you a chance to re-book your cleaning for a later date or receive a full refund via e-gift card

What do you use to clean?

We use our own cleaning solution which is non-toxic, phosphate-free, safe for the environment, and is even safe enough for human consumption! The liquid cleaner is reusable, even after numerous rinses, and does not have an expiration date so it can be reused for years to come. Made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients derived from renewable sources, this extra-strength odourless cleanser can also be heated up for added cleaning power. However, depending on the condition we sometimes use 99% alcohol to clean the harder-to-clean areas.
